ClinicDrs is a cloud-based clinic management platform developed and operated by WeMoDa Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Provider"). The service includes patient queue management, billing, prescription generation, WhatsApp communications, and specialty-specific modules.
The service is available to licensed medical practitioners and registered clinics in India. By using ClinicDrs, you confirm that you are authorized to operate a medical practice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and PIN. Each staff member should have their own account. Sharing credentials is not permitted.
All patient data entered into ClinicDrs belongs to the clinic. The Provider does not claim ownership of clinic or patient data. You may export your data at any time.
Free trial lasts 30 days. After the trial, a paid subscription is required. All payments are processed via Razorpay. Prices are in INR and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for illegal purposes, (b) attempt to access other clinics' data, (c) reverse-engineer the software, (d) use the WhatsApp integration for spam.
ClinicDrs is a clinic management tool, not a medical device. AI features (voice-to-prescription, smart follow-ups) are assistive tools — the treating physician is solely responsible for all clinical decisions.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance. The offline mode provides basic functionality during internet outages.
The Provider is not liable for: clinical decisions made using the platform, data loss due to user error, WhatsApp delivery failures, or third-party service outages (Razorpay, MSG91, Meta).
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted. Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for annual plans.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra.
